Our Services
Two pathways for meaningful behaviour change
Grounded Change provides counselling and structured behaviour change support for people who are concerned about their behaviour in relationships, family life, conflict, communication, anger, coercive control, or family and domestic violence.
Our work is grounded in accountability, emotional regulation, respectful relationships, personal responsibility and practical change. We support people to slow down, reflect honestly, understand patterns of behaviour, and develop safer ways of relating to others.
We currently offer two main service streams: individual behaviour change counselling and structured behaviour change workshops.
Structured Behaviour Change Workshops
Our structured behaviour change workshops provide a more guided pathway for people wanting to understand their behaviour, learn new skills and work through a clear change process.
The workshops are designed for people who benefit from structure, reflection, practical exercises and step-by-step learning. Each workshop focuses on helping participants develop insight, accountability and safer relationship practices.
The workshops are educational, reflective and practical. They are not about judgement or humiliation. They are about creating the conditions for honest change.

Not sure which option is right for you?
You do not need to have everything worked out before making contact. Many people reach out feeling uncertain, ashamed, defensive, confused or overwhelmed. That is okay. The first step is a conversation about what has been happening, what support may be appropriate, and whether Grounded Change is the right fit for your situation.
